Overview
The Student Affairs and Registration Division is responsible for organizing all academic and administrative procedures related to students, from admission through graduation. The division aims to ensure data accuracy and smooth workflow in accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
Core Responsibilities
- Managing student records and continuously updating their academic data
- Organizing registration, admission, and enrollment procedures for new and continuing students
- Following up on cases of deferment, dismissal, transfer, and guest student arrangements between colleges
- Verifying academic documents and issuing official transcripts and certifications
- Supporting student information management systems and coordinating with the Computer Center
- Organizing graduation procedures and standardizing official university orders for graduates
Services Provided
- Issuing graduation certificates, enrollment verification letters, and certified documents
- Receiving applications for registration, study deferment, transfer, and appeals
- Providing students with transcripts and course syllabi upon request
- Responding to student inquiries regarding regulations and ministerial instructions
- Following up on correspondence of international students and equivalency procedures
