The Science and Technology Parks Department supports innovation and entrepreneurship by incubating student projects and applied research, and transforming them into startups and commercial products.
Core Responsibilities
- Incubating entrepreneurial projects, innovations, and startups, and providing technical, administrative, and logistical support
- Transferring and localizing technology by converting scientific research outputs into marketable products and services
- Promoting a culture of entrepreneurship through workshops, training programs, and competitions such as hackathons
- Building strategic partnerships with public and private sectors and international organizations
