Al-Kawthar Hall for Continuing Education at Al-Zahraa University for Women witnessed the launch of the first lecture of a free preparatory course designed to prepare participants for the International English Language Testing System (IELTS).
The lecture was delivered by Lect. Dr. Dhaifullah Zamil Harbi, who provided information about the IELTS as a test of English language proficiency and the assessment of reading, speaking, writing and listening skills, in addition to distinguishing between its various components.
It is worth noting that the University had previously announced that it had entered into an agreement with the Australian NITCOM Institute to administer the IELTS examination for graduates of the Department of English Language seeking to sit the competitive examination for master’s and doctoral programmes.
