The Citizens’ Affairs Division has commenced providing its services to citizens seeking to visit the University. This initiative was carried out under the direction of Prof. Dr. Zainab Al-Mulla Al-Sultani, the  University President. Additionally, the said event aligns with the University’s vision of fostering cooperation between citizens and the University across all its faculties, academic and administrative departments, and affiliated centres, and facilitating procedures and completing transactions.

The Citizens’ Affairs Division provides services to citizens by facilitating the procedures they require and addressing the obstacles they may encounter. It also receives complaints from various groups, including visitors, parents and guardians of female students, teaching staff, and employees. In addition, the Division receives its requests, provides opinions and recommendations concerning them, and prepares submissions to be presented to Prof. Dr. Al-Sultani for consideration.

The Division is committed to employing scientific and technological mechanisms to establish an effective working framework that fosters trust and strengthens the close relationship between citizens and the University.
