The Women’s Affairs Division, in cooperation with the Continuing Education Centre, held an awareness workshop entitled “The Role of Women in Decision-Making” at Al-Kawthar Continuing Education Centre. Additionally, the workshop was delivered by Tasneem Mohammed Hassan Al-Haddad and was held under the auspices of the President of Al-Zahraa University for Women. 

The workshop addressed the concept of decision-making, its various types, and the process of making appropriate decisions. It also explored the role of women in decision-making within society across various levels and fields.

It is worth noting that the Women’s Affairs Division seeks to empower women and build their capacities within the University, as well as to overcome barriers to their participation across all fields. Its efforts aim to ensure that women become active and leading contributors to sustainable development and attain the position they rightfully deserve, serving as an inspiring model of women’s leadership at local, regional, and international levels.
