The Department of English Language and the Department of Mathematics at the University held an online meeting with a group of female students from different countries, including Nigeria, Pakistan, and Iran, who are interested in pursuing their bachelor’s degree at the University. Additionally, the said event was part of the implementation of the “Study in Iraq” initiative launched by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, which provides scholarships for international students. 

The meeting was attended by Prof. Dr. Iman Sameer Bahiya, Dean of the Faculty of Education; Prof. Dr. Ali Ja'far Al-Husseini, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering and Information Technology; Dr. Mostafa Abd Al-Sahib and Dr. DhaifulAllah Zamel, representing the Department of English Language; and Dr. Nadia, representing the Department of Mathematics.

A number of female students were subsequently selected to join the University. This initiative represents an important step towards meeting international quality standards and enhancing the University’s academic outreach.
