The College of Education at Al-Zahraa (PBUH) University for Women participated in the launch festival of the "Pink October" breast cancer awareness campaign, organized by the Women's Forum of the Karbala Youth and Sports Directorate under the patronage of Karbala Governor Eng. Nassif Jassim Al-Khattabi.

 

Representing the college at the event was Asst. Lect. Hajran Nasser Sultan, a faculty member in the Department of Art Education and Head of the Student Activities Division, who attended in response to an invitation from the Women's Forum. The participation aimed to support community initiatives promoting women's health awareness and highlighting the importance of early breast cancer detection in improving treatment outcomes and recovery prospects.

 

The participation reflects the College of Education's commitment to strengthening its involvement in awareness-raising and community activities, fostering cooperation with government institutions, and supporting initiatives dedicated to promoting public health and serving women and society.
