Under the direction of Prof. Dr. Zainab Al-Mulla Al-Sultani, President of Al-Zahraa University for Women, the Dormitory Affairs Department organized a workshop entitled “Supervisory Reports” for morning and evening student housing supervisors. The workshop was presented by Ms. Amira Abbas Al-Amiri, Head of the Department, as part of preparations for the launch of the new academic year 2026–2027.
The workshop aimed to discuss the latest developments in student housing affairs and the procedures in place, while reviewing mechanisms for organizing work and monitoring activities within the residential halls to ensure their readiness to receive students at the beginning of the new academic year.
The workshop addressed housing regulations and newly introduced procedures, as well as daily monitoring mechanisms. It emphasized adherence to approved regulations and instructions and the standardization of work procedures, contributing to greater operational efficiency, smoother processes, and the provision of a safe and suitable residential environment for students.
The session also reviewed key organizational requirements and preparations for welcoming students, along with mechanisms for handling various situations. Emphasis was placed on the importance of continuous monitoring and coordination among supervisors to ensure the smooth operation of the residential halls and enhance the quality of services provided to students as the new academic year begins.
