Under the patronage of the President of Al-Zahraa University (PBUH) for Women, Prof. Dr. Zainab Al-Sultani, and under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Education, Prof. Dr. Iman Sameer Bahiyya, the College of Education / Department of Arabic Language, in cooperation with the Continuing Education Center, organized a scientific workshop entitled “The Holy Husayni Shrine’s Interest in Children: The Childhood Care and Development Department as a Model.” The workshop was delivered by Mr. Alaa Al-Ameri at Um Abiha Hall (peace be upon her).

The workshop aimed to highlight the humanitarian and educational efforts undertaken by the Holy Husayni Shrine in the field of child care and development, contributing to raising community awareness of the importance of this segment and its vital role in building the future.

At the conclusion of the workshop, the organizers emphasized the importance of continuing to hold such scientific events, which strengthen communication between academic institutions and community organizations and open new horizons of knowledge for students, in line with the University’s mission of serving society and building an aware and educated generation.
