Under the patronage of the President of Al-Zahraa University (PBUH) for Women, Prof. Dr. Zainab Al-Sultani, and under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Education, Prof. Dr. Iman Sameer Bahiyya, the College of Education / Department of Art Education, in cooperation with the Continuing Education Center, organized a scientific workshop entitled “The Impact of Diverse Drawing Materials on Developing Artistic Skills among Art Education Students.”
The workshop was delivered by Asst. Prof. Dr. Asaad Yahya Muslim, who highlighted the importance of diversifying materials and tools in drawing courses and their role in enhancing students’ creative and technical abilities. He also shed light on modern teaching methods that contribute to advancing both artistic and academic standards.
The workshop targeted students and staff of the College of Education and witnessed notable engagement from attendees through valuable interventions and scientific discussions that enriched its themes.
In conclusion, the Deanship of the College of Education reaffirmed its commitment to supporting scientific activities and specialized workshops that contribute to developing students’ skills and building their artistic capacities, in line with the University’s goals of advancing the educational process and strengthening the practical dimension of learning.
